That inexplicable sadness

How to recognize when depression doesn’t belong to us

Sadness might be triggered by adverse events like the loss of a beloved one, a relationship breakup, or something that occurred to us or someone we love. As we know the cause of sadness, we have natural tools to fight it, even subconsciously.
However, if the condition persists, we need to pay attention to signs that may suggest that this natural emotion can turn into a clinical condition.

When sadness is associated with anxiety, sense of hopelessness, helplessness or worthlessness, insomnia, loss of appetite or overeating, unusual difficulty in concentrating or remembering, loss of interest in activities that were once enjoyed, including sex, we may be at risk of being diagnosed with clinical depression.
Do not hesitate to seek immediate help.

But what if we suddenly get caught by a form of deep sadness without a clear trigger or antecedent?

In this case, chances are that we are experiencing a form of depression we have inherited energetically from one of our parents or ancestors. This energy jiggles inside our body from our day one in this world, and by the time, it might manifest itself in the form of symptoms above mentioned on top causing other physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual disorders.

The problem is that energies we pick up from others included those we inherited from your parents or ancestors, cannot be processed by our body… until acknowledged.

From an energetic standpoint, understanding the root cause of illness triggers the healing mechanism in our body; the case of inherited depression is no exception. The good news is that not only healers or energy practitioners can cure our bodies energetically. Our brain is the most powerful tool to trigger healing processes in our body.

Acknowledging that we are experiences a depression caused by foreign energy means starting the most potent and natural antidepressant treatment. Not only the brain creates a dissociation between us and the illness, but it also starts an energetical and chemical process to heal the whole body.

Healer and energy practitioners can support and speed up the process by re-aligning, balancing, and empowering the chakra system.
