20 Feb The Heart Chakra
The energy of the Heart Chakra starts in the center and expands through the chest.
This chakra connects the lower and upper chakras, acting as a bridge between earthly matters and higher aspirations. It is responsible for regulating the energy associated with self-acceptance, self-love, compassion, openness, and the unconditional love of others.
The Heart Chakra gives empathy and compassion, and it’s responsible for your ability to forgive and accept, and it has a primary role in changes and transformations.
Symptoms of the Heart Chakra dysfunction:

You find it hard to forgive or to let go.
You are keeping your emotions bottled up.
You are withdrawn and try to avoid socializing with people.
You are afraid of being alone.
You feel a sense of anger towards other people.

You tend to have many self-critical thoughts.
You have adopted the role of the victim or martyr.

You feel a constant sense of heaviness in your chest.
This is a story worth reading.
I had permission from my client to share her experience with you.
One year ago, after a painful separation from her husband, Paula started having difficulties in managing almost all other relationships important to her. She became hypercritical with her daughter, argumentative with her parents and brother, and taciturn with all those she usually has as closest friends.
When Paula came to me, I found her Heart Chakra, which is responsible for the way we relate to others, and Throat Chakra, which rules our communication, completely out sync due to the stress accumulated after the separation from her husband. As a consequence of which, she was saying things she didn’t think and conveying negative feelings totally discordant to her nature and personality.
Day by day, she was diving into painful isolation.
After two sessions, she started seeing the events that characterized the last year under a different light. Chakras take time to open up and reach their optimal vibrational frequency, so little by little, day by day, she started reconnecting with those she loves the most.
I have decided to share her story with you like last week, Paula sent me an email in which she stated she feels empowered by the love and the esteem of people around her and that her life is now better than ever.
